Thank you to Andrew Lowe for assisting and to Andy Cheetham for allowing me to create a chatbot for the Westhoe Rugby Football Club.

Paul also introduced his plans for a more advanced platform called vbos, which will offer additional features and integrations, and addressed questions about language handling and knowledge base management.
